Igen Weyr resides on PernMUSH, an interactive roleplaying game based on Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern® series of novels. Just telnet to pern.mccr.org, port 4201 and join the fun!
Igen Weyr is the second smallest Weyr, but has the largest territories to patrol. Fortunately, much of that area is river, desert or mountain, and is therefore immune to Thread. Most of the activities in the Weyr take place in the evenings to avoid the intense heat. Most nights, you can find at least one or two of us in the Living Caverns. In the formidable desert region of Pern, visitors who brave the climb to Igen Weyr's mountain pass are rare but always welcome to the Weyr's hospitality!
